Frequently asked questions.

Is this card worth grading?

It depends on the card's current market value and condition. Grading adds the most value to high-demand players, rookies, low-numbered, or vintage. We're happy to help you decide before submitting!

What condition does my card need to be in to grade well?

PSA looks for sharp corners, clean edges, surface quality (no dents, print lines, or fingerprints), and centering. Even small flaws can drop a card from a 10 to an 8 or lower.

How much does grading cost per card?

Prices vary by service level and the card's declared value. Value Bulk submissions are $25 per card, while faster service levels cost more.

How long will it take to get my cards back?

Turnaround times vary, but Value submissions are currently taking 3-4 months. Higher-tier services like Express or Super Express are much faster (sometimes within 3-4 weeks).

Do I need to clean or prep my card before submitting?

We recommend gently wiping off fingerprints or dust with a microfiber cloth-no chemicals!

Do you (the shop) handle everything, or do I need to create a PSA account myself?

We handle the full process for you-from prep to packaging to submission tracking. No PSA account required. Just bring your cards and we'll take care of the rest.

When do I pay for my Submission?

You'll receive an invoice from us near the end of your submission via text or email once PSA has completed grading. We ask that you pay your invoice as soon as possible to help us avoid delays.

Can I track my submission once it's been sent to PSA?

While we'd love to give you a play-by-play on every step, it's nearly impossible to track each individual submission in real-time. That said, we will update you when your cards are officially at PSA, and when they return to the shop. You'll also receive your invoice near the end of the process before pickup.
